Thighrise is operated by a Netherlands-based sole proprietorship (business registration in progress — our KvK registration number and business address will be published here upon completion). We sell to customers in the United States; all prices are in US dollars (USD).

- Orders are made to ship in 7–15 business days (see our Shipping Policy). You may cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

- Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy (30 days from delivery).

- Product images are representative; garment measurements are published per size on each product page once verified by hand-measurement.

- By placing an order you confirm the shipping and contact details you provide are accurate.
