These Terms of Service apply to every order placed at thighrise.com. Thighrise is based in the Netherlands. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

2. Orders

Product pages describe each item as accurately as we can, including garment measurements. Obvious pricing or typing mistakes are not binding. Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email.

3. Returns and refunds

Every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy. A full refund also applies when an item arrives broken, defective or wrong. Please email us before sending anything back.

4. Delivery

We ship within the United States only. Every order ships with Premium Shipping and arrives within 7–10 business days of ordering, including the time we need to prepare your order. Every order is tracked. Delivery times are estimates; if your order will be later than we said, we will email you with a new estimate and you may cancel for a full refund of anything not yet shipped. The risk of loss stays with us until the parcel is delivered.

5. Duties and taxes

Prices include all duties and taxes. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

6. Warranty and complaints

Items must match their description. Send complaints to support@thighrise.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo. Our customer support is available 24/7.
