Find your size

Measure your thighs first. Seriously — that's the number most size charts ignore, and it's why nothing fits.

How to measure (2 minutes, soft tape)

  1. Thigh: stand relaxed, wrap the tape around the fullest part of one thigh — usually 2–3 inches below where your leg meets your hip. Don't pull tight; the tape should sit flat.
  2. Natural waist: the narrowest point of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Breathe out normally, don't suck in.
  3. Hip (optional but helpful): around the fullest part of your seat, feet together.

What to do with your numbers

Nearly every product page now shows its size chart, straight from the factory that makes the garment. Supplier measurements are hand-measured (±1–3 cm), and we label them that way until we re-verify each style on our own samples — a size chart you can't trust is worse than none.

Want a human check? Email your thigh + waist numbers to support@thighrise.com and we'll tell you straight which size to order — even if the answer is "this cut isn't for you." A human replies within 1 business day.

Between sizes?

Size for your thighs and let the waistband handle the rest. Our pants have a full elastic waist with real stretch — thighs don't stretch, waistbands do.
