You have 30 days from delivery. Fits wrong? We fix it.

• First choice — free size exchange. Contact us and we'll get the right size moving before you send anything back.
• Close but not quite? In most cases we offer an instant partial refund and you keep the pair — nothing to ship back.
• Prefer a full refund? Also fine: unworn, tags on, within 30 days, money back to your original payment method.

Worn or washed items outside the exchange/keep-it flow can't be resold and aren't eligible for a full monetary refund; we'll always offer the fairest option, case by case.
